“The main takeaway was recognizing how far I’ve come in my journey. I’ve done so much internal work over the past few years, and sharing during the sessions reminded me of the transformation I’ve already been through. I used to struggle with not feeling good enough or like I fit in, but now I can see how different my life feels.”

Richard L.

“Wheels are spinning, heart is growing, and immensely grateful. Huge props for lighting a spark.”

Chris D.

“Since we left the retreat, I have journaled 14 pages in a full size moleskin. This weekend really jump started a lot of reflection.”

Andrew O.
